GOGOS
The food is typical of Ambon on this one appearance similar to donuts that in Java, the difference if donuts usually contain shredded chicken, shredded or chopped tempeh, but the gogos typically contain shredded fish.
The raw material is sticky rice stuffed gogos shredded fish, wrapped in banana leaves and baked. The most steady served while still warm and made friends for coffee or tea.
