Sago Sweet Porridge is a food of Maluku were using the main ingredient sago. To make this porridge, sago slab was first soaked in water until fluffy. Kuah slurry is usually made from a mixture of brown sugar, granulated sugar and pandan leaves as a natural deodorizer. At the final touch, a solution of sugar and pandan has entered will dirisam sago with coconut milk.
